About the Role
Sales & Onboarding Managers are responsible for the efficient and effective onboarding of Moove drivers. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new leads, managing the pipeline, converting successful drivers and ensuring they have a best in class vehicle pick up experience.
What You’ll be Doing
- Build the team to deliver best in class, in-person support to our drivers during the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle.
- Walk drivers through the onboarding process and all of the tools to be successful.
- Ensure all KYC standards are upheld.
- Build and leverage local tools and CRM systems to ensure effective funnel management.
- Work with our Platform partner to ensure an efficient experience.
- Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
- Ensure high conversion, contact, and low churn rates.
What You will need for this position
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations or any related fields.
- Experience in Ride hailing/Ride Sharing/mobility is a plus for this position.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/account management or less if you are an overachiever (prove it).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Experience in managing high performance Sales or Account Management teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
