To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What you will bring to the team**Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager primarily responsible for Growth Strategy for Service Business at Latin America, such as signing plans and demand generation programs.**What you will be doing**:**Your typical day as a Toshiba Business Development Manager will involve**:**Responsibilities**:- Define Growth Strategy to achieve Signing and Revenue Plans- Market Analysis/Segmentation (Select growth areas). Help Sales team in RTM definition- Portfolio Management- Capabilities Assessment (Link with Service Planning Team)- Demand Generation Programs- Build Pipeline Growth (link with Sales team)- Lead New Big Deals (WTW opps)- Sales Education (Consultative Selling Skills)**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- Bachelor’s degree on Engineering/Business/Marketing or related- 10+ years of working experience as a business development in services sales- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent English skills (Verbal & Written)- Experience in consultative selling techniques- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting- Proven ability to plan and manage resources**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce)- Experience on Retail Market- Experience on IT Support Business- Experience working with Multicultural teams- Ability to deliver presentations**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
