**Tus Obligaciones**:**Role Purpose**Buscamos un profesional super dinámico, que le gusten los retos, enfocado a resultados y excelencia para trabajar como Business Partner de finanzas para mantener el control y manejo del SOI / P&L, procesos financieros y desarrollo comercial del negocio en México. Es fundamental la coordinación de distintos stakeholders (Ventas, Marketing y Cadena de Suministro) con capacidad de liderazgo para obtener el resultado común deseado.**Main Accountabilities**- Coordinar procesos de consolidación de data y presentación de resultados- Responsable por el compliance de la planeación financiera y reportes- Detección de oportunidades y riesgos, que sea alguien que siempre busque la mejora continua- Apoyar los equipos comerciales para hagan decisiones basadas en datos y que pueda aportar insights financieros alineados a los objetivos del negocio- Control del SOI / P&L del país y su performance- Revisión periódica de los estados financieros incluyendo Balance- Liderar proyectos de productividad entre áreas**Su Perfil**:**Requisitos**- Habilidades de business partnering y coordinación de equipos multifuncionales- Sólida experiência en Controlling Comercial en entornos de gran consumo (FMCG)- Conocimiento de otras áreas de finanzas (contabilidad, cuentas por cobrar y pagar, tesorería)- Experiência mínima de 9 años- Conocimiento Avanzado de fórmulas de Excel (no macros)- Inglés avanzado es imprescindible- Manejo de distintos países es un diferencial
