The VM Finance Management Analyst provides clients vendor finance management and governance services, support for Contract Set-Up (On-boarding) Services, and various defined Operational Support Services as defined in the Avasant VMaaS Service Catalog according to the specific requirements for which the client has contracted to satisfy.**Experience and required skills**- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions- Bachelor's degree- Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers- Excellent customer service- Fluency in English (at least 90% written and spoken)- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Available to work remotely**Responsibilities**- Monitors contract performance and reports findings to clients.- Manage contract change requests and queries from clients and vendors- Uploading and archiving Contract document data.- Liaises with suppliers and customers to resolve routine contractual issues and escalates more complex issues.- Advises suppliers and customers on routine contract management issues in line with the terms and conditions of contract and relevant policies.**We offer**- 30,000 to 40,000 pesos monthlyMexican law benefitsMajor Medical insuranceFood voucher_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
