Delivery of the project on time and with the expected quality.Required Skills/Abilities:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Customer service skills.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong process skills (manage escalation support, etc)- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:- Cross Engineering diploma or equivalent- Helpdesk or customer service experience credentials- ITIL certification (desired)**Responsibilities**:- Oversees the daily workflow of DTP process and follow up with VCoEs- Design and implement Service Management KPIs and Dashboards- Ensure Service Delivery organizations (BRMs, VCOEs) monitor and followup on open delivery items- Triage special requirements from business between Service Management platform and Delivery Organizations- Provides constructive and timely performance indicatos- Communicate and interact with VMaaS (Vendor Management team) to enable operative activitiesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinadoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
