Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, people-first **Client Success Manager** to join our team and help lead our clients to incredible results.**About the Role**As our **Client Success Manager (CSM)**, you’re not just managing accounts — you’re building relationships, driving growth, and coaching clients toward their biggest business breakthroughs. You’ll be the go-to partner for clients, ensuring they feel supported, empowered, and set up to crush their goals.If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and enjoy personal and professional growth — this is your spot.**What You’ll Do**- Coach and guide clients on how to grow and scale their real estate businesses using our proven methods and frameworks- Set clients up for success from day one- Communicate proactively and consistently with clients, providing value at every touchpoint- Collaborate with our marketing and media buying teams to deliver top-tier results for clients- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to help clients maximize their investment & get the opportunity to earn HIGH commission numbers each month- Resolve challenges quickly and confidently — always finding a way forward- Track client progress and provide actionable insights to improve their business outcomes- Over deliver, exceed expectations, and celebrate wins with clients**What Makes You a Fit**- **Knowledge and Understanding of the American & Canadian Real Estate Market**- **Incredible communicator**(In English) — verbally and in writing, you’re clear, confident, and client-centric- **Growth mindset** — you crave feedback, love learning, and chase excellence over adequacy- **High energy, positive attitude** — you lift others up and bring contagious enthusiasm- **Proactive problem solver** — when faced with problems or challenges, you find solutions- **Tech-savvy and marketing-aware** — bonus points if you know social media marketing or lead generation strategy- **Organized & self-motivated** — you own your schedule, your outcomes, and your attitude- **Comfortable working 100% remote and independently****Your Success Metrics**- Keep client churn below 6%- Achieve a 95% contract completion rate- Generate at least 20% of your clients’ new sales through upsells and renewals monthly- Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)Pay: $29,432.00 - $49,053.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
