The Account Manager will oversee and develop client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle day-to-day client communications. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing logistics, resolving issues, quoting new lanes and maintaining client relationships. The Account Manager will also be responsible for tracking account performance and providing regular updates to clients.
