Venair ( is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fuel cells, and aerospace.
We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customer's requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia and America, 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.
Due to our international expansion, we are we are seeking a Sales Executive B2B based in our sales branch in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico to develop the business in a part of South America.
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business doing prospection, cold calling, business trips, quotations, follow up…
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
- Other sales tasks.
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar).
- B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years specially in green-fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
- Driving license class B mandatory.
- Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A total annual compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
- Company-provided laptop and cell phone.
- Comprehensive training programs, both theoretical and practical, designed and delivered by Venair experts.
- Access to language courses and MS Office programs.
