Manage the Back Office team - implementing and managing overall workload. Focus on overall streamlining work activity in all purchasing areas.The main missions of the role are:- Manage Purchasing Process & Tools on a daily basis with all purchasing departments- Link between BG and Region on all new tools and understand the long term strategy- Lead training and implementation of the tools/systems in the region- Manage contracts with supplier to ensure compliance with Forvia requirements (Code of Ethics & Conduct, GPA, QAA, LMA, New GPC)- Lead digitalization and bring new creative ideas to improve operational tasks of the team- Manage PSP team in Mexico - reporting activity and continuous improvements- Link between PSP team and Regional Purchasing team- ICB management of purchasing topics- Support onboarding plan of new comers- Work on improved onboarding plan- Manage organization chart updates and access to platforms- Understand and build CO2 tools, tracking and develop a complete strategy for Purchasing NAO**Qualifications**Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Admisnistration**Experience**:- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in an industrial environment- Experience of successfully managing similar scope- Change management experience- Nice to have: Automotive experience in several buyers position (program / serial / commodity)_Skills and competencies:- Drive / Leadership / Charisma- Fluent English- Knowledge of Purchasing Process- SAP Expert and strong system skills for data management- Results & Business oriented with strong written and oral communications skills- Ability to work in a matrixed organisation- Ability to generate ideas and be creative- Continuous Improvement- Nice to have: Experience in digitalization of process_**Essential responsibilities and duties**:The Purchasing Data Management Leader is the key user for deployment of all new BG Digitalization initiatives including training/work instructions.
