Somos un puente de oportunidad laboral especialistas en identificar, y vincular profesionales con empresas internacionales en México, LATAM y USA.Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**: Operations Coordinator.****Requisitos**:- +5 años de experiência en diseño gráfico y gestión de equipos.- Lic. en Diseño Gráfico o similar.- Inglés conversacional avanzado.- Manejo avanzado de softwares de diseño (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).- Experiência en gestión de proyectos y coordinación de equipos.- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) es un plus.- Disponibilidad para rotación de turnos.**Responsabilidades**:- Supervisar y coordinar el flujo de trabajo del equipo de diseño gráfico, asegurando que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y con la calidad esperada.- Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear los objetivos de diseño con las necesidades operativas y de marketing.- Establecer y monitorear KPIs para medir el desempeño del equipo y la eficiencia de los procesos.- Asegurar que los diseños cumplan con los estándares de la marca y las expectativas del cliente.- Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre diseñadores, clientes y otros equipos internos.- Implementar mejoras en los procesos para optimizar la productividad y la calidad del trabajo.**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales).**Zona de trabajo**: CDMX, 100% presencial.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- **Bonos**: Puntualidad y asistencia.- **Prestaciones de ley**:IMSS, aguinaldo, vacaciones.- **Beneficios superiores**: seguro de vida, seguro de gastos funerarios, gastos médicos mayores, plan dental, gastos médicos menores.Si cumples con el perfil, envía tu CV al correo señalado, mencionando expectativas económicas y en asunto el nombre de la vacante.
