Based in Tetla - Mexico.Main responsibilities:- Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.- Be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects, as Kaizen and saving projects- Specific and demonstrated experience implementing Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) throughout a large organization- Implement tools such as Process Capability.- Prepare and regularly review and update process documents including PFMEA, process flow chart, plant layout, work instructions, rework instructions, etc.;- Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics KPI and best practices.- Production process development with full documentation support.- Work with Quality and Test to deliver a robust and cost-effective end to end process.- Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy.- Identify and implement new technologies, specification of requirements, justification, planning and implementation.- Provide techniques to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.- Who are we looking for?- English spoken is required in order to communicate results with the management in meeting presentations- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.- A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial related discipline.- Master in Quality CORE TOOLS implementation.- Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Calculation experience- Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred- Proven ability to self-manage and deliver on time results- Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationship internally and externally.- Six Sigma certification is preferred; however, training would be available to further develop.- Lean Manufacturing Certifications is preferred; however, training would be available to further develop.- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
