High quality manages of supply chain link to Production, always looking for improvements and to warranty order fill & PIFOT KPIs.This position report to the Head of Plants Mexico. The Planning & Logistics Prof. will travel both domestically and internationally with about 20% travel time.**The Planning & Logistics Professional’s tasks include**:- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain- Optimization of resources- Utilize the management system to meet established goals and objectives and drive continual improvement projects.- Interact with an ERP system SAP module- Gain knowledge of all planning areas to fully understand the bottle necks and efficiency impact of how the schedule is maintained- Continuous development and optimization of transportation methods- Lead through a communicative leadership style, with two-way communication and high employee engagement.
