We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:- Saving fund administration- Payroll administration- Payroll accounts reconciliation- Payroll Accounting entries- Grocery ticket administration- Gasoline ticket administration**FUNCTIONS**:- Calculate and generate RXO payroll at the National level, run the appropriate reports, and distribute the payroll to the employees.- Biweekly payroll management- Perform procedures before the IMSS, SAT INFONAVIT, and REPSE- Calculate and prepare payroll taxes (SUA, ISN, ISR, etc.)- Personnel Movements (Additions, Terminations, Increases, and Promotions)- Monthly reconciliation of stamping and payroll accounting records (with the Shared Services Finance department).- Develop new compensation schemes validated with the fiscal area.- Generate salary tabulators- Payroll and tax projection- Run calculation of special payroll processes (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, savings fund, etc.)- Answer all RXO MX employees’ questions concerning the payroll and individual pay slips.- Ensure that time and attendance data, as well as other payroll interfaces, are accurate.- Experience using the SUA program and employees' annual tax return calculations- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel.- Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary, and encourage excellent customer service to RXO MX units and corporate finance.- Work collaboratively with another payroll administrator.**REQUIREMENTS**:- 5 years of experience in charge of the Payroll Department, performing the integral calculation of payroll for up to 500 employees.- Experience administering benefits such as SGMM, food vouchers, Savings Fund, Gasoline Vouchers, etc.- Handling of Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, INFONAVIT Law, ISR Law, ISN, REPSE- SAP, SUCESS FACTORS and KRONOS.- Excellent Excel skills- **Conversational English ( interview process is fully in English)****Does this sound like you?
