**Now Hiring: Medical Appointment Schedulers (On-Site Position)****Location**: 1Click Contact Center - Zona Río Offices (inside the Do It Business Center)**Address**: Jose Clemente Orozco 10093, Zona Río Urbana, Tijuana**Start Date**: Monday, July 7 at 8:00 am**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 7:55 am - 5:00 pm | _Weekends Off_**Weekly Pay**: $5,100 MXN gross | Approx. $4,315 MXN net (after taxes)At **1Click Contact Center**, we’re looking for **reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professionals** to join our **Medical Appointment Setting** campaign. This is an **on-site position** that plays a key role in helping patients schedule the care they need efficiently, accurately, and with compassion.**Key Responsibilities**:After **90** days, team members may be considered for a **Home Office opportunity** (to be discussed during the interview, based on performance and attendance).- **Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using electronic health record (EHR) systems.- **Patient Communication**:Answer incoming calls and messages, and assist with appointment confirmations, changes, and general inquiries.- **Information Management**:Collect and update patient records, verify insurance details, and ensure all data is accurately maintained.- **Administrative Support**:Perform data entry, manage digital files, and assist with internal clerical tasks.- **Clinic Flow Coordination**:Help ensure a smooth experience for patients and efficient scheduling for providers.- **Problem Solving**:Address scheduling conflicts or patient concerns professionally and promptly.**What We’re Looking For**:- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities- Customer service experience (especially in high-volume or healthcare settings)- Comfort using computers and scheduling systems- Attention to detail and data accuracy- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA compliance is a plus**What We Offer**:- Paid Training- Paid Time Off (PTOs)- Full legal benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation pay, etc.)- Monthly performance evaluations- Monthly employee recognition programs- Opportunities for career growth over time- Annual awards and employee appreciation events- A safe, supportive, and positive work environment- Drug- and alcohol-free workplace- **Home Office eligibility after 90 days** (based on performance and attendance)To schedule your interview, send us a private message, call us, or contact us via **WhatsApp at **.**Please note: All interviews are by appointment only.**Pay: $4,600.00 - $5,100.00 per week**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- call center: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)**Location**:- Tijuana, B.C.
