If you have a passion for logistics and a commitment to operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound shipments).- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange shipments and resolve issues.- Maintain accurate records of, shipments, and logistics-related documentation.- Ensure compliance with customs, transportation, and safety regulations.- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.- Monitor logistics and generate reports.- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and resolve any delays or discrepancies.- Handle logistics for both domestic and international shipments.**What We Are Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Good English level required- 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain- Desire knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.- Familiarity with international trade regulations (for global logistics roles).- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).**What's in It for You?**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
