**Descripcion de puesto**:Asegurar la correcta planificación y ejecución de las estrategias de servicios al personal que afecten positivamente en su retención y desarrollo además de ser una voz del empleado.**EDUCACION REQUERIDA**:1. Comunicación efectiva7. Liderazgo**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Y AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO**:1. Coordinar las actividades de las Trabajadoras Sociales2. Asegurar la ejecucion de las actividades programadas3. Asegurar la efectividad del proceso de Comunicación de las Trabajadoras Sociales como voz de los empleados4. Administrar la informacion obtenida para mejorar los Servicios al personal5. Generar información que ayude a la toma de decisiones**ACTIVIDADES CLAVES DE LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**:1. Establecer Planes de trabajo y programas de comunicación con las Trabajadoras Sociales de las Plantas.2. Dar seguimiento a los programas establecidos para escuchar la Voz del empleado3. Administrar la información de Servicios al personal como: cafeteria, transporte, enfermeria, baños, seguridad.4. Asegurar que la informacion de los servicios al personal este en tiempo y forma y dar seguimiento a eventos deportivos, Socio Culturales y Recreativos.Administrar la informacion de trabajo en equipo y ambiente laboral5.
