**HR Manager Role**:- Collaborating with hiring area to secure and meet required staffing needs in a timely manner.- Serves as an active participant and partner in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements.- Partner and collaborates to lead our internal communications activities.- Investigates and/or oversees the investigation of all local employee relations issues and/or complaints.- Manages, coaches, and supports the development of the HR team.- Aligns regularly with functional HR leader on all aspects of HR activities and compliance and supports global projects and initiatives.- Responsible for managing the cafeteria and transportation to ensure employees receive best-in-class services.- Oversees training and development and all talent management activities for the site.**Requirements**:- 5 + years of experience in Human Resources generalist functions, at least 5 years leading a team- Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish- Fully versed in Mexican law- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.- Strong analytical skills, proven track record of business partnership and solutions provider- Must display role model customer orientation- Change leader who demonstrates resilience and positive attitude including when challenges occur- Talent advisor and trusted partner- Ability to set priorities, be proactive, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment- Strong project management skills- Ability to influence and sell ideas- Ability to partner with employees and leaders at every level of the organization- Flexible with strong ability and desire to continue to learn and grow- A role model leader (ethics, integrity, partnership, communication, and teamwork.
