Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments- Build and schedule loads in our systems- Provide top-tier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Other responsibilities as assigned**Basic qualifications**- 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
