Important company in the sector is searching for L1 Service Desk AgentYou will be responsible for providing technical assistance. Answer queries, isolate problems, determine and implement solution.Duties and Responsibilities:- Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.- Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems.- Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel.- Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures.- Walk customer through problem-solving process.Knowledge & Experience:- Basic Network configuration- Proficient in Excel- Ticket Creation (Service Now)- VPN- Active Directory- Windows Users configuration- Remote Desktop Troubleshooting- Local and network printers configuration- Proficient in Outlook- Basic Computer Software KnowledgeSkills & Abilities:- Advanced English Skills (B2+)- Typing SkillsWorking Conditions:40 hrs / specification: Full time 8:30hrs daily includes 30min lunch & 2 breaks of 15min / 2 continued off days between the week (not on weekends) /The schedule will be assigned by WF & it’s fixed once they reach operations,(*Not rotating shifts, *No option for restrictions or exceptions)Attendance: Temp WFH & On-site attendance availability.Operations work window is 24hrsso the common shifts assigned are:Morning 7:00am - 4:00pmEvening 1:00pm - 10:00pmNight 10:00pm - 7:00amTraining schedule is 9hrs: 7am - 4pm**Salary**: $25,000.00 MXN**Benefits**:Salary paid biweeklyFund Tax Free Savings for 7% of basic salary with the limits established by lawMajor Medical Expenses (which start 30 days after admission)Food Stamps for 5% of basic salaryVacation BonusVacation as established by lawChristmas BonusFood Aid: 1% of basic salaryDaily attendance award: 2.7% of basic salaryBenefits in kind: o Life insurance o Funeral expenses insurance.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
