This L7 role will coordinate with the Productivity Governance Manager and project leads to assure correct diligence to assure tracking of savings as well as identify opportunities to drive for productivity savings. speed-agility ensuring quality and on-time delivery output in the huge R&D Productivtiy Agenda. Integrates LatAm R&D Productivity PSP and AOP aligned with LatAm Central Productivity agenda guaranteeing compliance with tracking system (Power Steering) bringing visibility to R&D LT. Tracks, verifies, consolidate and reports savings and KPIs to the Region and to Global R&D. Guarantees Powe Bi Dashboards operation and alignment with Global R&D reporting.**Your Impact**:As Productivity Governance Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of- Acts as the primary point of contact for all LatAm R&D Foods team for prouctivity tracking- Keeps dashboard and reporting alignment with GBS dashboard and reporting team- Tracks, verifies, consolidate and report savings and KPIs to the Sector and to Global R&D. Masters Power Steering feeding of information, consulting and analysis.- Masters Power BI Dashboarding- Enhance internal dashboard and savings tracking and team efficiency through productivity optimization and digitization projectsQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- Experience working in the CPG industry, with deep understanding of the business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually.
