**Job Title: Growth Associate****Location**: 100% Remote**Compensation**: $800 - $1200/month**About the Role**As a Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in driving our expansion efforts by supporting both vendor and influencer outreach, as well as contributing to consumer growth and SEO initiatives. You'll work closely with a dedicated OpsArmy Manager to grow our vibrant community of brands and moms.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping a brand grow from the inside out.**What We're Looking For**- Strong written English and communication skills (you'll be representing the brand)- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented- Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar)- Comfortable using Instagram and other social platforms; influencer marketing experience is a plus- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment- A positive, collaborative team player with a hunger to learn.**What You'll Do****Vendor Outreach**- Research and identify potential vendors (e.g., Etsy sellers, niche DTC brands)- Schedule intro calls between qualified leads and the founder**Influencer & Partnership Outreach**- Source and evaluate micro-influencers and brand-aligned Instagram accounts- Track influencer responses, interest levels, and conversion rates**Growth Support & Campaign Execution**- Support SEO initiatives by identifying content gaps and coordinating blog posts- Assist with basic social media content planning or repurposing (graphics, captions, etc.)**Reporting & Analytics**- Track outreach performance metrics including response rates, lead quality, and conversions- Provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness.**Tools You'll Use
