Our remote team provides critical administrative, dispatch, customer service, and financial support to our U.S. operations.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable**- Assist in organizing and coding vendor invoices for review.- Help gather backup documentation (purchase orders, receipts, approvals).- Input invoice data into the accounting system.- Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and communication with vendors.**Accounts Receivable**- Assist the Finance Coordinator in preparing and uploading customer invoices.- Verify documentation required for factoring (rate confirmations, PODs).- Help track payments and follow up on missing remittance details.- Maintain accurate digital records of receivables documentation.**Bookkeeping**- Enter transactions into QuickBooks Online under direction of the Finance Manager.- Assist with account reconciliations (bank, credit card, factoring).- Help prepare and organize financial records for monthly close.- Support reporting and administrative tasks as needed by the finance team.**Qualifications**:- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred).- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.**Why Join All Freight Trucking Inc.?**- Be part of a dynamic and growing company in the logistics industry.- Collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence.- Competitive compensation.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.**Equal Opportunity Employer**: All Freight Trucking Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
