AT OMRON MEXICO WE ARE LOOKING OUR NEWAccounting SpecialistWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist in month end close and reporting process- Review ledger accounts, recommend and prepare adjusting journal entries- Perform account analysis and reconciliation- Prepare, record and analyze accounting transactions- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting records- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and procedures to improve efficiency of the month/quarter close process- Assist with internal control evaluations- Participate in the documentation and execution of accounting projects- Support various operational activities, audit deliverables, ad hoc projects or analyses as requested- Interact daily with accounting team and internal customers- Provide mentorship to team members.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS**:**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent education**Experience**: 2 to 5 years of accounting experience**Use of software**:- MS Office Suite and working with ERP (Accounting and Reporting software)- Oracle JD Edwards- EnterpriseOne Accounting Software- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus.**Competences to be evaluated**:- Effective communication- Customer orientation- Decision making- InfluencingLIVE THE OMRON EXPERIENCE AND SHAPE THE FUTURE
