**Primary Location **: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali**Description**:**JOB SUMMARY**Responsible coordinate initiatives, working cross-functionally to support the execution of the company’s corporate ESG (Social Responsibility, D&I) and special projects related to HR.Coordinates media relations and external communications plans, prepares and relays information concerning the organization to the press and the wider community to gain understanding and acceptance for the organization. Develops and maintains lines of communication with media contacts and other external audience groups.**Qualifications**:Bacheelor degree in Bussines administration, marketing or related.More than 3 years of experience on HRAdvanced level of EnglishDeeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo.Strong organizational skillsExperience on CSR, D&I and/or Public RelationsKnowledge & experience in TRESS systemStrong experience in Microsoft office
