**Business Development Manager Food Service + 3PL**Upfield, empresa con base central en Ámsterdam, Holanda, es la productora más grande de alimentos plant-based en el mundo, con una cartera de marcas emblemáticas y de tradición que destacan en México tales como Primavera, Iberia, I Can´t Belive it´s not Butter, Country Crock y Violife. Vendemos nuestros productos en más de 95 países y tenemos 17 plantas de fabricación en todo el mundo.Como Business Development Manager para Food Services y 3PL, serás responsable de marcar la diferencia en Upfield para manejar estratégicamente el mercado de Food Service en México. En el país tenemos una fuerte presencia en retail y buscamos expandir aún más nuestro negocio dentro del canal de Food Service/B2B, así como buscar oportunidades de maquila para terceros, y del desarrollo de dicho negocio, administrar múltiples relaciones con cuentas clave para desarrollar aún más nuestras marcas. Este rol reportará directamente al GM (o al Director de Ventas de México).**Responsabilidades**- Crear alinanzas y abrir nuevos clientes para el canal con nuevos acuerdos de desarrollo comercial y objetivos de crecimiento a largo plazo.- Responsabilidad del P&L del canal.- Gestión del canal de Food Service incluyendo; Horeca, mayoristas y E-Commerce utilizando el equipo de ventas de nuestros distribuidores.- Identificar potenciales clientes para la maquila de su marca privada.- Relacion con cuentas claves.- Lanzamiento de nuevos productos Upfield en el canal Food Service, trabajando de la mano con el equipo de ventas y Marketing para ganar mercado.- Ser dueño del plan de ventas utilizando múltiples herramientas como promociones, incentivos, entre otros.- Revisar el desempeño y garantizar pronósticos precisos y oportunos de las ventas.- Garantizar la entrega de producto a los clientes trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Supply Chain de Upfield y del Cliente.**Requerimientos**- Más de 6 años de experiência en la Industria Food Service en compañias nacionales e internacionales.- Amplia experiência en el área comercial, desarrollando negocio.- Experiência de minimo 3 años a nível Gerencial.- Ingles avanzado (plus).Zona de trabajo: Ciudad de México - Hibrido- #LI-HYBRID_
