Envision Telemarketing Specialist**Job Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to prospective educators or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.- Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions.- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM system.- Meet daily and monthly call quotas and performance targets.- Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.- Handle inbound calls when needed and redirect inquiries appropriately.Qualifications:- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows basics like Excel and Word, and preferably on CRM tools as well- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Six months or more experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualifying- Good data entry/keyboard skills- Familiar with office rules/office environment- Advanced English level (B2+/AboveWork Perks- Fun & driven environment.- Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, accidental death and dismemberment, accident, critical illness, and disability insurance.- +10% of gross salary as food stamps.- 1 paid volunteer day & 25 PTO* days to start - accrue up to 28 over 3 years, 4 mental health days, and 5 bereavement days.- Statutory Holidays by Mexican Federal Labor Law.- Tuition reimbursement up to five thousand, two hundred fifty dollars annually or one thousand dollars towards professional certification annually.- Flexible work schedule providing on-site and hybrid opportunities.- Encouraged participation in our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion council.- Fitness opportunities.- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Paid statutory parental leave.
