DescripciónComo Customer Service Manager, tu responsabilidad principal será liderar y dirigir al equipo de servicio al cliente para garantizar el cumplimiento y superación de los estándares establecidos. Esto se logra mediante el seguimiento de SLAs, la implementación de soluciones efectivas para los clientes, el cumplimiento de los KPIs,Ofrecemos $65,000 de salario 100% Nóminal + bono trimestral por alcance de metas- **Mínimo 3 años de experiência ininterrumpida en puesto de gerencia o supervisión de Servicio a clientes o área**:- ** Titulo universitario**:- **Abierto a reubicarse en Tampico**:- ** Experiência en sectores logística, ecommerce o paquetería ( deseable)**:- ** Experiência gestionando servicio a clientes de plataformas SAAS**:- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Capacidad demostrada para liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos.- ** Experiência en la gestión y cumplimiento de SLAs y KPIs.**:- Conocimiento profundo de las prácticas y procesos de servicio al cliente.- Habilidad para trabajar de manera eficiente bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para abordar desafíos complejos de manera efectiva.
