Empresa líder en importaciones solicita:**CUSTOMER SERVICE**- REQUISITOS_:- Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio o Negocios Internacionales o Ingeniería Industrial (Aceptamos recién egresados).- Experiência de 2 años en puesto similar.- Manejo de portales de tiendas de autoservicio.- Manejo de KPI´S y estrategias CPFR.- Excel intermedio.- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas para el seguimiento de clientes.- Cartas o constancias laborales indispensables.- ACTIVIDADES_- Seguimiento a órdenes de compra.- Ingreso de pedidos.- Asegurar asignación correcta de producto.- Revisión de existencia de mercancía en sistema.- Definir planes de acción para el cumplimiento de indicadores.- Facturación.- Garantizar que los cobros de fill rate de los clientes estén correctos, así como reducir los mismos.- Elaboración y manejo de indicadores de nível de servicio.- Garantizar las soluciones adecuadas a las incidencias diarias.- Mantener la correcta orientación y servicio al cliente a través del proceso y el excelente servicio.- Gestión de las plataformas de las tiendas de autoservicio.- OFRECEMOS:_- Contratación directa por la empresa- Prestaciones de ley y superiores (Fondo de ahorro y vales de despensa).- Zona de trabajo Lomas de Chapultepec.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- DiurnoIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
