Tiered bonus structure activated after probationary period is passed.**Schedule**:Full-time; 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.**Our Client**:Our client is a merchant services company that guides businesses on a direct path to accelerated growth with their comprehensive suite of solutions and white-glove customer service, tailored to enhance revenue and elevate payments at all risk profiles. Their team is growing, and we're seeking a dedicated Outbound Sales Generation Specialist to join their dynamic team.**Job Overview**:This role primarily involves gathering crucial information from prospects via conversation through LinkedIn direct message outreach, setting appointments, and diligently following up with leads. They recognize the importance of follow-up in nurturing relationships and closing deals. They’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can easily build rapport and forge relationships with potential clients while ensuring effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Additionally, the ability to work independently utilizing the resources/training provided is essential for success in this role.**Responsibilities**:- Daily outbound LinkedIn outreach through CEO’s profile- Direct messaging, appointment setting, appropriate follow up- Closing sales and/or handing off customers to the appropriate channel- Keeping accurate and ongoing records/reports- Using independent judgment, problem-solving, and resourcefulness- Deep commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the credit card processing or financial services industry.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information understandably.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent english level both written and spoken.- Higher education or certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- On-the-job training- Work-from-homePay: $35,685.16 per monthWork Location: Remote
