Through these long-lasting partnerships, Aleph creates the opportunity for all people and businesses to advertise at a local and global level without limits.We are looking for a **Team Lead** to support our Team in **Mexico City****What You’ll Do**:- Develop and execute strategic advertising plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to ensure optimal results.- Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.- Provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their advertising goals on Amazon.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions.- Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.- Manage workflow and personnel workforce for the project efficiency.- Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Account Managers, Growth Managers, and Tech Support Specialists.- Solve problematic issues that arise within the team or project.- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.**What You Need For This Role**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads (Search Engine Marketing Platform), including Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and brand store management.- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.- Previous experience with ad sales is a big plus- Proficiency in using Amazon/Google Ads Advertising tools and analytics platforms.- Familiarity with Search, Display & Video advertising and campaign coordination.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
