Elabora, Negocia y Administra los Objetivos y Presupuestos de su Departamento, así como las Estrategias y Planes de acción para cumplir esos objetivos. Valida y Autoriza los Procedimientos y los Estándares de Operación (SOP) de la Función de Mantenimiento.Elabora Planes de Mantenimiento Preventivo en conjunto con los Departamentos de Ingeniería, Calidad y Producción.Supervisa la Fabricación ó Modificación de Maquinaria y Equipo para procesar nuevos productos ó para facilitar la elaboración de productos actuales.Analiza los Procesos de Producción Actuales, los Planes de Nuevo Producto y discute sobre las necesidades y modificaciones de Equipo con el Departamento de Ingeniería y con el Personal de Calidad y Producción. Supervisa las Instalaciones ó Modifica la Maquinaria y el Equipo para los Nuevos Procesos de Producción ó para Auxiliar en los Procesos de Producción Actuales.Formula Requisiciones para Maquinaria, Equipo y Herramientas y Supervisa la Entrega e Inspección de estas compras.Conocimiento en equipos Neumáticos, Hidráulicos, Transformadores de 1000 KVA o más.Puede Supervisar el Mantenimiento de los Servicios Continuos, tales como: electricidad, agua, gas, etc., así como las unidades del aire acondicionado.Puede Supervisar el Mantenimiento de Edificios, Estacionamientos y Jardines de la Empresa.Responsable de Seleccionar, Capacitar, Motivar, Desarrollar y actuar como Facilitador de su Staff manteniendo una armonía interdepartamental. Responsable de Administrar el Desempeño de su Personal. También responsable de promover y mantener la armonía departamental.Planificar y gestionar la renovación de activos.Establecer normas y procedimientos de seguridad y control para garantizar el eficaz funcionamiento y la seguridad de máquinas, mecanismos herramientas, motores, dispositivos, instalaciones y equipos industriales.Asegura una respuesta 24/7 a emergencias de mantenimiento.Disminuir los tiempos muertos por paros de planta.Realizar todas sus actividades apegándose a los lineamientos de EHS, así como participar en programas internos que contribuyan a la detección de condiciones inseguras y oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a seguridad.Experiência en maquinaria pesada.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives en Tijuana?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- gerente de mantenimiento: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
