The Role You own everything after the sale. When our founder closes a client, you take over: Onboard them in 7-10 days (vs 3-4 weeks today) Manage 6-person service team (2 Growth Managers, Ops, Designer, Email, Paid Media) Build systems that scale (onboarding, reporting, playbooks, SOPs) Close upsells with clients (catering, paid media, retention) Keep clients happy and renewing (90%+ retention) You're the COO of client operations. Builder + leader, not just executor.
