Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including time & attendance, wage calculations, statutory deductions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, tax), and ensuring legal and company compliance.- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates for new hires, terminations, transfers,- promotions, and salary changes.- Handle payroll inquiries, pay discrepancies, undelivered checks, and support employees with payroll-related issues.- Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and coordinating onboarding procedures.- Support managers to clarify hiring needs and optimize recruitment channels for timely talent acquisition.- Develop and implement training programs, manage annual training plans, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.- Handle employee relations, including receiving and documenting employee complaints, assisting investigations, and supporting conflict resolution.- All those inherent to the position, the functions are illustrative but not limited.- Send your resume in EnglishExperiência y requisitos**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:Bachelor's degreeor above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:Minimum 3 years of HR experience in payroll, recruitment, training, or employee relations.**LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY**:English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.**COMPUTER USAGE**:Advanced**ADDITIONAL COMMENTS**:Preferred: experience with Tempus system, Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments,Familiar with local labor laws and regulations (Mexican labor law, payroll obligations, statutory contributions).Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- comedor- transporte- Dia de cumpleaños pagado**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- A tratar en entrevista**Salario mensual neto** $30,000 - $52,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
