Together, we discover ideas and connect the dots to build a better and a bold new future.**Job Description**:- Experience with **Oracle R12** or another large-scale **ERP** is preferred.- ** Expert in Excel** - ability to deal with and manipulate large amounts of data.- Able to communicate in **Spanish and English.**Roles & Responsibilities:- Analysis of Account Receivables and Collection items.- Review and acknowledge customer payments.- Billing query resolution.- Invoice creation and corrections.- Work with Sales and Order Entry teams to ensure accurate billing for all customers.- Monthly reports and business review creation.- Verifying account balances and preparing journal entries.- Regularly perform audits on data integrity and ensure resolution of discrepancies that may affect billing items.
