If you're passionate about solving complex problems, designing scalable solutions, and working at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role is for you.In this role, you'll help shape the operations strategy for your territory-working closely with local Commercial teams, Central Operations, and cross-functional partners. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across our marketplace.**What You'll Do**- Drive Strategic Alignment Across Regions: Collaborate with Central Operations and local teams to ensure a cohesive operational strategy that reflects both national goals and local market needs.- Standardize and Scale Key Processes: Develop and implement scalable frameworks that ensure consistent, efficient execution across territories.- Boost Local Demand: Use data and insights to develop hyperlocal strategies that drive customer growth, optimize pricing, and improve engagement.- Ensure Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of merchants and delivery partners to ensure reliability and service quality.- Support Commercial Success: Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to align operational infrastructure with commercial priorities. Provide the tools and insights they need to succeed in each market.**What You'll Need**- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, investment banking, or a related field- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets- Proven ability to tackle complex problems with innovative, data-driven solutions- Experience building and scaling operational processes- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill insights for a variety of audiences- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change- Skilled in stakeholder management, with a track record of building collaborative, trust-based relationships- Strong business judgment and the ability to make data-informed decisions quickly
