We are building the most compelling way to get a car by committing to relentless customer centricity, technology-powered operational excellence, and capital efficiency.**Job Description**:The Collections & Service Specialist will handle collections and direct requests in a fast-paced environment, through the interaction with drivers and staff. This role interacts with a diverse customer base to collect the weekly payment due and to assist with questions, concerns or problems with a focus on first contact resolution, providing exceptional customer service, striving to anticipate and meet the needs of the customer.Essential Job Functions:- Contact clients who have outstanding invoices- Negotiate payment terms and collect payments on time- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and client communication- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies- Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.- Maintain and update customer information regularly and escalate requests to a supervisor when necessary.- Communicate regularly with teammates on the status of customer accounts and requests.- Keeping up to date on changes in sales procedures, guidelines, and policies.- Perform any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.Qualifications Needed:- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English- Previous experience in collections- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.- Proficient use of Google Suite, Excel and MS Word Skills.- The ability to adapt and learn quickly.- Superb written and verbal communication skills (they will be the front line between our business and our customers).- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Must be comfortable with working remotely but has to be living in MX City or surrounding cities**Benefits**:- Mexican law benefits (Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and 12 days of vacation entitlement for the 1st year)- Protection plan (discount plans for medical insurance)- Monthly salary of 15,000 Mexican pesos- Career development opportunities globally- Learning and development opportunitiesPay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you currently located in Mexico City or the surrounding cities?**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (required)- Collections: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 06600, Ciudad de México
