You’ll be joining a collaborative and performance-driven team who is responsible for delivering on key service level agreements and performance metrics, while continuously improving processes and partnering with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Together, you’ll shape strategy, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable impact across the business.A Taste of What You’ll Be DoingEngage Stakeholders and Drive Strategy - Build strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key partners to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose strategic solutions. Represent Kellanova in industry forums and benchmarking initiatives.Develop and Empower High-Performing Teams - Manage and coach a geographically distributed team of 70+, including 4-6 direct reports. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration across a global team to drive results.Vendor and Compliance Management - Lead governance and performance management of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors supporting ITC processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to internal controls, GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.We’re Looking for Someone WithBachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fieldExpertise in Invoice to Cash processesProven experience in people and process managementFluent English and strong customer relationship management skillsProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeDeep analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong negotiation and decision-making skillsWhat’s NextIf you join our team, you’ll be rewarded for the difference you make.
