_**Customer Success Manager, Associate**_ _will provide scalable services to customers including but not limited to - onboarding, customer requests, and references._**A Day in The Life Typically Includes**:- Provide Infor customers with guidance and helping customers achieve maximum value from their Infor investment in a 1 to many format.- Provide attention for customers to minimize disruption, maximize the existing software adoption and utilization, and achieve business outcomes- Deliver LIVE and recorded webinar sessions that improve customer experience.- Identify risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals and develop a risk mitigation plan.- Customer retention including supporting the renewal process- Secure customer references by creating raving fans- Specific Customer Lifecycle support may include: onboarding sessions, adoption workshops, proactive outreach to customers, mutual benefit touchpoints, report on customer health, show progress of customer adoption derived from technology and service investment, perform benchmarking as appropriate**Required skills**:- Internal and external communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening- Ability to accomplish and complete tasks with accuracy working with consistent high-quality- Interest in technology and ability to understand technical concepts and data- Proficiency in English**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with teams and build professional relationships- Experience with ERPs- Experience working with customers to have a good working knowledge of customer management, support, & experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Bebidas gratis- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensa- Vales de restaurante
