Join our team to provide outstanding customer service professionally, maintain strong and close business relationships with clients, and provide prompt and accurate service for an American company that finances, buys, and sells used cars.**Main Activities**- Take inbound calls from our customers related to different customer service situations.- Take payments and know how to guide customers to make payments on their own.- Know how to read loan balances and make payment adjustments- Commitment to first-call resolution, with a sense of urgency and maximum professionalism. Minimizing the transferring of phone calls from one department to another.- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of calls, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.- Answer insurance-related questions including claims status and basic claims information.**Requirements**:- Bilingual English / Spanish proficient- High School Diploma or GED.- 2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.- Customer Service oriented.- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Availability to work on-site**Benefits**- $16,500mxn monthly base salary before tax- Monthly performance bonus- $1,400mxn Food vouchers/month- Savings fund (2%)- 20 days Christmas bonus- Statutory benefits- Sundays off + 1 weekday offTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $16,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- DiurnoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
