Overview:STATEMENT:Scope includes all desired commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies with a focus on middleware and tools development.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Participates in standard business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions- Uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems- Applies specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution- Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context- Validates scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects- Leads the design, development, implementation, and support of information technology solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies- Defines project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates- Researches, analyzes, recommends, and implements new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques- Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.Job Qualifications:Qualifications:Skills: Required- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication- Ability to work in an agile environment- Experience working with APIs of desired COTS products (e.g., Salesforce)- Experience with custom and out-of-the box deployments- Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutionsPreferred- Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutionsCertificates / Training:- Required: Certifications for desired COTS product (e.g., Salesforce)Experience: Level III- 5+ years of experience in COTS product development (e.g., Salesforce, Hyperion, SharePoint)Education: Required- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalentPrinciples & Related Competencies:Ethical- Complies with policies and procedures; Takes the high road and upholds our values; Maintains confidentiality; Acts with integrity, honesty and respect.Leader- Meets challenges head on to uphold quality standards, productivity goals, and values; Sets an example, building a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication; Is aligned with organizational directionCollaborative- Works cooperatively with others offers and accepts help; Freely shares information as appropriate; Open to and willing to provide feedback; Strong contributor to the team’s results; Celebrates the individual and the team; Ability to clearly communicate.Looks Beyond Oneself- (Team Player) Demonstrates humility and willingness to recognize and give credit to others; Works well alongside people of different backgrounds and ideas; Builds good relationships with others; Values Distributors and teammates.Drives Innovation- Add value through: Proposing ideas and creative solutions to employee, distributor and/or customer challenges; Listening to and respecting others ideas through collaborating and helping develop those suggestions; Driving ideas forward to implementation.Delivers Change- Delivers Change Through: Adapting to different working environments; Responding positively to change including new duties and assignments.
