**Role Summary**We’re hiring a hands‑on Application and Infrastructure Manager to design, secure, and scale customer and employee workflows that connect **HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)** with **Microsoft 365** and **Azure**. You will own the end‑to‑end architecture for **data, identity, automation, and AI**. This role partners Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Intake, Security/IT, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable revenue and service outcomes.**Key Responsibilities****Architecture & Delivery**- Develop and maintain workflows for the intake processes with Aloware and PandaDoc.- Integrate multiline advertising channels such as Call Tracking Metrics, Facebook Instagram, and Google to support intake marketing- Own the **reference integration architecture** for HubSpot Hubs with **M365/Entra ID**, **SharePoint/OneDrive/Exchange/Teams**, **Azure Functions/Logic Apps**, **Power Platform**, and data platforms; define data contracts, SLAs, and observability.- Design **AI solutions** (e.g., Azure OpenAI / Copilot Studio chatbots; RAG over SharePoint/OneDrive and HubSpot knowledge bases) with policy‑based guardrails for privacy, retention, consent, and auditability.**Data & Integration**- Own **data quality & governance**: deduplication, identity resolution, field catalogs, lifecycle policies; define the golden record and sync cadence across HubSpot, M365, and Finance/ERP/warehouse.- Build resilient integrations using **Power Automate/Logic Apps** and **HubSpot APIs/webhooks**; implement observability, retries, and dead‑letter queues.**Enablement & Change Management**- Train GTM/Service and Admin teams; publish playbooks and SOPs; maintain a living knowledge base and release notes for both HubSpot and M365 features.- Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work via a backlog, and drive adoption metrics (usage, time‑to‑value, satisfaction).**Required Qualifications**- ** 7-10+ years** in solution architecture or senior admin/consulting roles spanning **HubSpot** and **Microsoft 365** with proven delivery leadership.- Advanced HubSpot fluency: CRM objects, **custom objects**, pipelines, workflows, sequences, templates, knowledge base, reporting, and **Ops Hub** data sync/APIs.- **M365 security & compliance** expertise**:Entra ID (AAD)**, Conditional Access/MFA, Teams/SharePoint governance, Defender for O365, **Purview** (labels/DLP/eDiscovery/IRM).- Practical **AI/automation** design: Azure OpenAI/Copilot Studio or equivalent LLM platform, RAG over enterprise content, Power Platform or Azure integration (Functions/Logic Apps).- Strong stakeholder skills (discovery, journey mapping, requirements, UAT, enablement) and change management across cross‑functional environments.**Preferred Qualifications**- Data & analytics (Power BI/Fabric), funnel/attribution reporting, and HubSpot reporting mastery.- Security/privacy frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and privacy‑by‑design familiarity.- PowerShell, Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD for integration assets; Microsoft Graph and HubSpot SDKs.**Certifications (Target Mix)**- ** Microsoft**: SC‑300, SC‑400, SC‑200, MS‑102, MS‑700, AI‑900.- **HubSpot**: Marketing, Sales, Service, **CMS**, **Admin**, Reporting; Solutions Partner credentials a plus.
