Job Description Definir y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para el sector de Medical Devices. Liderar y gestionar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos. Establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y prospectos en la industria de Medical Devices. Analizar tendencias del mercado y proponer soluciones innovadoras para incrementar la participación de mercado. Supervisar y optimizar los procesos de ventas para garantizar la eficiencia operativa. Colaborar con equipos internos para alinear las estrategias comerciales con los objetivos globales de la organización. Promover una cultura de trabajo orientada a resultados dentro del equipo de ventas. The Successful Applicant El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de ventas en la industria. Conocimiento profundo del mercado y de las dinámicas comerciales en el sector. Habilidades de negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes estratégicos. Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas. Experiencia comprobable liderando cambio cultural.
