Horizones Consulting apoya a las organizaciones en su transformación, basada en la comprensión de las necesidades de las personas, la inteligencia de negocios y el uso de tecnologías que apoyan a los líderes de recursos humanos, marketing, innovación, digital y ventas para mejorar el impacto de sus iniciativas para dar continuamente más valor a sus empleados, clientes, proveedores, accionistas y la sociedad.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, administración o área afín (deseable maestría)- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posiciones directivas, gerenciales o de liderazgo, en áreas de innovación, transformación digital, marketing digital, E-Commerce, medios y métricas digitales.- Experiência estando a cargo directamente de la investigación, selección, desarrollo e impulso de servicios.- Conocimientos de herramientas de automatización (AI, RPA, IoT, Data analysis)- Amplia experiência en gestión de proyectos y metodologías de implementación como metodología ágil, y evaluación de modelos de negocio.- Pensamiento estratégico y analítico.- Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos.- Ingles avanzado.Principales **Responsabilidades**:- Identificar, evaluar y liderar los proyectos de programas de transformación estratégica y oportunidades de crecimiento para los clientes.- Corroborar los resultados de la estrategia y optimizar la misma en función de las oportunidades detectadas.- Crear y liderar la implementación del plan de transformación general y presentar los resultados finales.- Desarrollar, liderar y mantener relaciones de trabajo cercanas con los clientes con un enfoque en entregas rápidas e innovación.- Aportar y gestionar las mejores prácticas en diseño estratégico para nuevos servicios- Proponer productos y modelos de negocios innovadores orientados a potenciar la ventaOfrecemos:- Trabajo 100% Remoto- Acceso a plataformas de capacitaciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
