This role is critical in driving financial transparency, enabling strategic decision-making, and improving operational efficiency across the organization. You will act as a key business partner to regional leadership, transforming financial data into actionable insights and helping shape both short-term performance and long-term strategy.- **Key Responsibilities**:- Lead annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and midterm financial updates for the LAM region, consolidating top-down and bottom-up inputs to ensure strategic alignment.- Monitor and analyze actual vs. plan performance, financial KPIs, revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across business units, recommending corrective actions as needed.- Maintain and improve cost accounting systems and margin analysis, while automating standard reports to enable more time for strategic insights.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to forecast financial outcomes, support decision-making, and provide financial guidance for regional initiatives and transformation projects.- Drive process improvement through lean methodologies, support digitalization efforts, and contribute to the evolution of controlling tools and processes.- Evaluate assets and liabilities, manage inventory measures, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.**Your skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, and performance management, preferably in a multinational environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Excel) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).- Ownership mindset and ability to drive business value through data and insights.- Fluency in English and Spanish.- Fluency in Portuguese will be considered a plus.** Who we are**:We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
