Learning and Development IT TrainerNuestro equipo está creciendo y buscamos un IT Trainer que pueda implementar programas educativos y de desarrollo para nuestro departamento de IT, al igual que para nuestros multiples eventos con profesionistas de la comunidad tecnológica.Actividades principales- Hacer análisis del equipo para identificar áreas de oportunidad de entrenamiento.- Diseñar manuales técnicos, utilizando lenguaje simple.- Atender requerimientos de entrenamiento por parte de directivos.- Implementar el métodos educativos y herramientas que resulten atractivos para los participantes del entrenamiento.- Documentar todo material de entrenamiento y actualizarlo segun aplique.- Identificar necesidades de los clientes para desarrollo de entrenamientos o guías de apoyo.- Desarrollar evaluaciones para medir el éxito de los entrenamientos y áreas de aprendizaje.- Monitorear el progreso de nuevos miembros del departamento de IT.- Desarrollar presentaciones para cursos dirigidos a clientes potenciales**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa como IT Trainer o un rol similar.- Experiência creando material para cursos técnicos.- Familiaridad con plataformas de aprendizaje y técnicas educativas modernas.- Habilidad para comunicarse y explicar términos técnicos.- Educación en Tecnologīa, Computación o carrera afin.- Certificaciones de entrenamiento (Plus)**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
