Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**The Job**Post-production colorist specialized in long-form content (series, films, reality shows), with extensive experience in advanced color workflows and a high visual standard.This role requires a combination of technical expertise, aesthetic sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Directors, Cinematographers, and creative teams, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across each project.**The Daily - Major Activities**- 50% Perform color grading processes for long-form content (series, films, reality shows).- 15% Collaborate closely with Directors, DPs, and creative teams to interpret and execute the visual intent of each project.- 5% Develop creative and technical looks and LUTs tailored to each production.- 10% Manage and optimize workflows aligned with color management standards, particularly within the ACES framework.- 10% Lead client presentation sessions and oversee review rounds to ensure final satisfaction.- 10% Oversee project timelines, maintaining consistent communication with all involved teams.**The Essentials**- Proficiency in **DaVinci Resolve**.- Strong knowledge of **color management**, color spaces, LUTs, and workflows within the **ACES** framework.- Expertise in **HDR Dolby Vision** workflows.- Direct client-facing experience and the ability to handle feedback professionally and proactively.- Technical understanding of **4K HDR post-production workflows**, including codecs and delivery formats.**The Nice to Haves**- Proficiency in **Baselight** systems.- Experience working in **collaborative environments** with multiple colorists or assistants.- Hands-on experience in **Conform and Online** workflows.**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
