Sales Operations Analyst

**Responsibilities**:- Support annual Budget & Business Plan effort through data entry support and analysis- Update and Publish Standard reports- Track and maintain understanding of Sales Metrics- Support the Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance organization with data as requested but not limited to bookings, revenue, special studies etc.- Support alignment between SIOP and ACE from line item description point of view, as well as volumes / prices.- Be able to create automatized templates for recurring reporting or adjust currently existing ones, based on business needs and new requirements.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree required (Business)- Proficient level of English (written and oral)- 3 years of experience in area of sales or business analyst position- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Macros, Pivoting and knowledge of various formulas)- Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development**Desired Qualifications**:- Access database expertise- Alteryx experience- Salesforce experience- Strong Analytical skills- Autonomous, structured, accurate and conscientious operation- Ability to effectively work under time pressure- Strong communication skills (oral and written)- Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization- Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy and problem-solving skills- Drive and willingness to „roll up sleeves” to get the job done**WHY JOIN US?**:- **You**can grow at Aptiv**.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can**have**an**impact**.
