We are looking for dedicated and talented Inside Sales Executive individuals who face constant challenges and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.Your**Responsibilities**:Customer Relationship Owner for all types of customers (excluding distributors/resellers/Solution Partners).Builds and maintains customer relationships, identifies market opportunities, achieves revenue goals, and ensures long-term customer retention. Differentiation is based on market access type. Inside Sales Rep: Responsible for smaller customers only being served virtually.- Administer and manage the sales, development, and growth of specific customer accounts.- You will manage the follow-up of end accounts for products and solutions in Automation, Instrumentation, Drives, as well as solutions in Digitalization and Sustainability.- Find new prospects for specific accounts and end customers.- Seek investment/project opportunities with our partners in Automation, Instrumentation, Drives, Digitalization, and Sustainability.- Consciously develop the partner portfolio for projects and distribution accounts for products and solutions in Automation.- Build customer loyalty and trust.- Serve and monitor projects with a focus on sales opportunities for the accounts.- Meet customer requirements in the areas of logistics, finance, and engineering.- Report activities on a recurring basis (biweekly reviews)- Update the status of partner leads and opportunities in CRM- Develop and follow a specific work plan for partners and end users.**Requirements**:- Advanced English- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or similar- Sales experience, minimum three years of industry experience.- Deep understanding of market dynamics and opportunity development.- Proactive self-learning.- Strong teamwork skills
