**HR Ops Associate Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
Enhance the employee experience using agile methodologies to map out key employee journeys, address pain points to make recommendations on how we can enhance the employee experience.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- People with strong interest (or experience) in employee engagement
- Interest in Digital Employee Experience (DEEX) (nice to have)
- Knowledge in enterprise HR ERP system (nice to have)
- Outstanding detail orientation and organization skills
- PMO skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be customer-centric and have validated customer service skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
