Our customers count on Tive to ensure that their shipments are delivered on time and in full—because every shipment matters.**What you’ll be doing**:- Coordinate and execute sales activities between the Sales Manager and the team, ensuring alignment with objectives in the Latin American market.- Handle customer inquiries, implement the manager's directions, swiftly resolve issues, and leave a positive impression of our brand, strengthening client relationships.- Assist with organizational tasks by scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.- Prepare administrative and activity reports regarding the team's sales activities. Organizing these reports helps monitor progress and identify improvement areas, keeping the team informed with updates.- Manage everything from document management to correspondence and contract revisions, preventing tasks from slipping off the manager’s radar.- Support the LATAM Sales Manager in coordinating and executing sales activities across the Latin American region. Demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication skills.- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the LATAM Sales Manager. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. Track and report on sales performance metrics.- Administrative Duties: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the LATAM Sales Manager. Provide general administrative support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
